This was my favorite full day in Hawaii. The PCC is so much fun and there is such a fun spirit there. I loved the dancing and the luau and we specifically enjoyed the Samoan island. We laughed so hard! It was so neat to see the BYU students and how talented they are. I even ate roasted pig!
Before we went to the PCC we tried out Giovanni's shrimp stand in Laie. Soooo yum!

The Laie Hawaii Temple... It was so special to see the temple again - last time for me was when I was ten years old. It was just renovated so it was really beautiful. We watched a movie in the visitor's center about how it was built. What a beautiful piece of land... and right by the ocean!
