We have been running since we had our kids - in every way! Life is like a marathon - full of uphills and downhills, water stops, taking the time to stretch, beautiful views, fast sprints, slow walks, and yes, sore muscles. But we are thankful for all of it because when we reach the finish line at the end of each day we know that it was all worth it!

Skiing at Alta!

We have been taking the girls skiing at Alta for 2 years now.  Between the hours of 3:00 and 4:30 the skiing is free!!!  Marlie took a Deseret News class with her cousin Olivia the first time, but I taught Lucie how to ski the next time we went up.  The rope tow was our friend!  Anyway, now that we are over the "beginner" craziness, we love to go up and enjoy the snow!  They are little pros at skiing!
